Non-Executive Chairman

Peter Cook is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in exploration, project development, operations, and corporate management of resources companies. He was previously the Executive Chairman of Westgold Ltd and was joint founder of Metals X Limited. He is a highly successful and accomplished resources executive with a long history in management and governance roles.

Peter is also currently the Non-Executive Chairman of ASX-listed companies Castile Resources, Titan Minerals and Nico Resources.

Non-Executive Director

Kim is a geologist with 48 years of exploration experience.

Kim worked in Southern Africa for over a decade with Anglo American Corp. After managing Anglo’s New Zealand subsidiary, Gold Mines of New Zealand, he moved to private company operations and identified commercially significant gold resources in both the West Coast and Otago Provinces of New Zealand which were subsequently mined.

Executive Director & CEO

Arrowtown-based Damian is a highly experienced Mining Engineer and a fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), he also holds a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate. He has vast experience in the precious metals sectors in New Zealand, Australia and Argentina, in executive management roles as well as senior consulting roles.  

Damian’s more recent experience has involved integrating mining operations with environmental, community and regulatory compliance in New Zealand. 

Executive Director – IR & Corporate Affairs

Sam is a mining engineer with broad experience in open pit and underground mining disciplines.

He has worked extensively for contracting and mining companies at projects throughout Australia and overseas, and has also held significant executive roles, including CEO of Breaker Resources Limited where he was an integral part of the successful merger with Ramelius Resources Limited.

Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer

Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has twenty years of financial management experience and has held significant roles with ASX and TSX listed companies.
