| Protecting our Environment

Our goal is to create net environmental benefits

The project is located on a section of the Company’s mineral exploration permit, located between two valleys in the Dunstan Mountains.

To understand the environment around us we have commissioned an extensive range of environmental studies including: air quality testing, cultural values, ecology, visual impact, traffic, noise, heritage, waterway ecology, social impact and rehabilitation and closure.

The studies are supporting the assessment of effects, guiding design decisions and efforts to avoid, mitigate and offset any environmental effects of the project.

We’re beginning with the end in mind, looking to design final landforms that work with the landscape of the mountains, as far as practicable, to deliver net environmental benefits through progressive rehabilitation, management of pests, protection and regeneration of remanent vegetation and where necessary, offsetting.

Have a look at our map below, we will add more information to the map as it comes to hand.
