Becker - Chile
Becker – Chile
Santana Minerals’ gold-silver Becker Property is located 210km south of Santiago, Chile. The project hosts low-sulphidation epithermal style mineralisation, located within the significantly under-explored Chilean Coastal Range which hosts a number of gold-rich polymetallic deposits.

Lajuelas-Guindos Prospect – Becker Project
The Lajuelas-Guindos Prospects are low sulphidation epithermal zones of mineralisation, with significant rock-chip samples and trench results that encouraged the completion of a maiden drill program at the prospects. Results from this 2018 drilling program from Lajuelas included:
- 12m @ 8.1g/t Au from 9m (BDH18-08);
- 16m @ 3.5m Au from 25m including 2m @ 17.2g/t Au (BDH18-08); and
- 7m @ 2.3g/t Au from surface (BDH18-09).
Drilling at the Guindos Prospect during the 2018 campaign didn’t record significant gold results; however, wide zones of sulphide bearing quartz veins and breccia (pyrite, disseminated chalcopyrite and minor chalcocite) were intersected.

Regional Tenements
There are six properties surrounding the central Becker tenements, which include Aqua Buena, Becker North, Becker North-East, Botalcura, Gualleco, and Monte Maqui. Little previous exploration has been completed on these tenements, with gold-silver-copper values recorded and geological details noted indicative of epithermal and porphyry style prospects warranting further exploration.
